ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM ABIHAWONDERS.COM CAN BE EXCHANGED WITHIN 7 DAYS ONLY IF
THE ITEM(S) IS UNSEALED, DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to abihawonders@gmail.com and calling at 03019066692 and WhatsApp us at 03019066692 to proceed with exchange or return process.
Replacement on domestic orders will be sent once the defected/faulty/damaged item is received by AbihaWonders
Products/items purchased online can only be exchanged through online, if you notify us through the mediums mentioned above within 7 days. ABIHA WONDERS has the authority to refuse any exchanges if the return process is not followed by the customer.
There are some cases where ABIHA WONDERS will not accept any returns & exchanges. Such cases include, but are not limited to the following:
• Sale items
• Product is damaged because of use
• Product has been tampered
• Change of mind, customer not liking product color, etc are NOT covered by the Return policy
. In the rare occurrence of receiving an incorrect product which is not what you ordered and still in its original packaging and unused, you can mail back the product to us. Once received, we will either issue you correct product you ordered or give you store credit for the amount.
• Exchange or return request is made outside the specified time frame (after 7 days)
ABIHA WONDERS does not offer any “refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items, except in-case of prepayments where the items are Sold-out or contain any manufacturing defects.
In-case of refund, your payment will be credited directly in your account/credit/debit card within 10 days once the item is returned.
Note: Due to tremendous demand for our products, if our stock runs out for a specific product, we will remove that specific product from your order and adjust the amount due and dispatch the remaining order with the adjusted invoice & amount.
ABIHA WONDERS reserves the right to change their “Exchange and Return” policy, without any prior notification.
Delivery Information
• Orders from Karachi will be delivered within 1-2 days after order placement.
• Orders from rest of Pakistan will be delivered within 3-5 days after order placement.
• Delivery charges are standard Rs. 200 nationwide. Free delivery on all orders above Rs.6000
• All items are heavily bubble wrapped, packed and sealed before shipping to ensure safety of your products.
• In case of any damage to products during transit, a replacement or refund will be provided as per our Policy.
